Dr Bridget Adams

Originally from the hi-tech business sector, Bridget has extensive experience in general management, marketing and sales management, all at director level. She has been a consultant for the past seventeen years, and as part of that work holds non-executive directorships.  More recently she has become a specialist in spiritual leadership and motivation.  She currently teaches leadership and team operation at the Kingdom Business School and the Watford School of Leadership.

Rose-Mary McIntyre

Rose-Mary has produced, performed and directed drama for over twenty-five years, forming a group who provided educational input for schools in 1987 and culminating in running her own production company Littleboat Productions. She instigated a creative course undergone by all the students at an academic college and recently worked for six months as a communications consultant to an international development agency, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop internal communication strategies and assisting marketing and programmes’ teams with external communication.

Paul Kelly

Paul has been a professional actor for over ten years, working with Theatre and TV & Film industries in the UK and Internationally. Inspired Act is borne from its initial introduction to ‘Role play’ within Military circles where its successful application within the Armed Forces is now recognized as a powerful and valuable HR, Man-Management and Training tool.

Steve Mallison-Jones

Steve is the director of Indigo Red, a well respected executive search company, and is the co-founder of ROI Leadership Europe.  He has extensive national and international experience within the executive search business and has helped build teams within major companies, including Virgin Media, Apple, Carphone Warehouse, Skype, and Cisco.  He also has in-depth understanding of public relations, marketing, sales management, executive coaching, training and communications.

Currently Steve is chairman and trustee of several charities.
